• Furniture and wall décor dusted

• Floors swept, vacuumed and mopped

• Kitchen countertops, sinks, and backsplashes cleaned

• Microwave interior and exterior cleaned

• Exterior of all other kitchen appliances cleaned

• Bathroom sinks, tubs, toilets, countertops, and mirrors cleaned

• Beds made

• Window sills cleaned (within reach without moving furniture)

• Glass doors cleaned

• Cobwebs removed

• Switch plates cleaned

• Waste baskets emptied and trash taken out

• Optional: Ceiling fans dusted (+$3 per fan)

Move Out/In Make Ready

Basic Clean Including:

• Baseboards dusted and cleaned

• Exterior cabinets cleaned

• Air vents dusted

• Interior windows cleaned and blinds dusted (within reach without moving furniture)

• Drawers/cabinets dusted and cleaned

• Walls spot cleaned

• Exterior windows washed

• Both sides of doors cleaned

• Outlet covers cleaned

• Carpets spot cleaned as needed
